With over 26 years of experience in tax accounting, financial reporting, strategic financial planning, facilitation, conflict management and professional directive and evocative coaching for individuals as well as businesses; all combine to make Tanya a strong financial resource to advise, educate and coach clients to understand and overcome financial roadblocks to realize their goals and dreams.
Tanya has been an active advocate in dealing with youth at-risk, women and seniors. She volunteers in many different areas of the community and has been a member and advocate of several local groups including the following:

She is frequently invited to contribute insight to books and publications, collaborating with authors through interviews, quoted commentary, and advisory input that informs published work. These contributions reflect her ability to translate complex financial concepts into clarity, perspective, and grounded guidance during moments of change.
In recognition for her work in the community and commitment to her client's needs, Tanya was awarded the "Top Visionaries Under 40" , was selected and recognized for "CA Young Achievement Award" from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, recognized as Douglas Magazine's "Top 10 to Watch", Mediate-BC Roster member, awarded Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary International and attained a Rotary Governor's Award.
